Strength: Back Squat 3×5 Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: Partner WOD 15 minute AMRAP 10 Kettlebell Swings 10 Jumping Alternating Lunges 10 Push Presses One partner completes AMRAP of above with the other completes a 100m forward/100m backward run. When the partner returns from the run, they pick up where their partner left off.
