WOD for Monday, 9/10/18

Strength:

10 Minute EMOM 
3 Hang Cleans 
Begin at 60% of max and try to build as you go.
If you don’t know your 1 rep max clean, take 80% of your back squat weight and then 60% of that to determine your  starting weight.
Met-Con:
In 20 mins do: Row, 500 m (each partner rows full distance) then in the remaining time:
AMRAP of:
20 Box Jumps, 30/24
20 Slam ball
20 Knees To Elbows
At the 10 minute mark each member rows 500m again and then picks up on the AMRAP where they left off. 
Record total rounds completed.
Stretch:
