Back Squat
GHD Sit-ups or Hip Extensions (alternate days)
Met-Con:
Partner WOD: 6 min AMRAP
Clusters Ladder (Partner A does 1 Cluster, Partner B does 2 Clusters, A = 3, B = 4, A = 5… for 6 minutes.
          Clusters are a Hang Clean into a Thruster then back to Hang position, repeating.
