Strength:

Snatch Complex 2-2-2-2
1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Snatch
Met-Con:
Hang from a pull-up bar for 6 minutes (if you drop off, you can rest no more than 30 seconds before getting back up).  Can use bands for assistance if someone cannot hang from the bar on their own.
Each time you drop from the bar perform rounds of (this happens after you have completed the 6 minute hang):
