Strength: Back Squat 3×5 Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression Met-Con: 10 minutes: Max Hollow hold 8 Egg Beaters, R/L 16 Swings Score is total max hold

KB Class WOD:

Met-Con:    5:00 kettlebell snatch (switch as needed) rest 2 minutes, then 4 rounds for time: 12 alternating kb lunges 12 burpees rest two minutes, then 5:00 double kb jerks *for lunges, hold kb in the rack position, alternating arms each round
