Strength:
Snatch 10 minute EMOM:
1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
**Bar leaves the ground on the power snatch and does not touch until after the OHS.  This is the complex.**  75% of max
If you don’t know your snatch 1RM, you can take 65% of your back squat weight and then take 75% of that number to find 
your working weight.
Met-Con:
As Many Rounds as Possible in Eight Minutes of:
1 Rope Climbs
30/20 Push Ups
60 Double Unders or 1 minute of DU practice
Rest 2:00 Minutes
As Many Rounds as Possible in Eight Minutes of:
1 Rope Climb
20 Air Squats
200 meter Run
