Met-Con: “The Reaper” with a Twist

With a continuously running clock perform: Run 10 m in the first 1 min + a 100 meter run Run 20 m in the second min + a 100 meter run Run 30 m in the third 1 min + a 100 meter run etc…… continue as long as able.
