Strength:

EMOM for 10 minutes   
1 Shoulder Press
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk
Met-Con:
300 Russian Swings
One partner swings while other is running 200m then switch
150 sit ups
one partner is in plank hold while other does sit ups
75 hand to hand (H2H) swing
one partner does burpees while the other does H2H
