Strength:

Snatch 3×3
Handstand Hold or Handstand Push-ups
Met-Con:
Against a 2-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
10 Alternating Reverse Lunges 
10 Push Press 
Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of 4 sets for max reps, pick up next round where you left off.
**Choose a weight that you can move well.**
