use 65-70% of Shoulder Press Max
1 Shoulder Press
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk
Met-Con:
25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – R)
50 Kettlebell Swings
25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – L)s
50 Kettlebell Swings
at the top of each minute complete 4 burpees until all the reps are completed.
