Strength:

Deadlift 
GHD Sit-ups or Hip Extensions (alternate days)
Met-Con:
For time. 30 clean and jerks (squat cleans if you use dumbbells) carry the weight 400m,
any method can be used (farmer, overhead, on shoulders, etc)
The work can be divided up however you want (1 C&J every 10m, or all the C&Js first, etc.)
Stretch:
