Strength:

Front Squat 3×5 
Choice of a “Hinge” Bodyweight Progression
Met-Con:
4 Rounds for time
10m OH Walking Lunges
10 Burpee to plate (do a normal burpee but instead of jumping up and clapping your hands overhead to you should  jump onto a plate, from two feet and stand at full extension)
10m OH Walking Lunges
30 Sit ups
200m Run
