Met-Con: Work in teams of 2. 20 min AMRAP Row 10 Calories 15 Wall Balls 15 Kettlebell Swings

Alternate exercises: Team member 1 starts with the Row. When s/he reach 10 Cals, team member 2 starts the Wall Ball. Continue to alternate exercises (if done properly, you should be alternating exercises each round).
