Met-Con:
16 minute alternating EMOM
1) 25 DU + 5 overhead squats or 30 seconds of DU practice
2) 10 GHD Sit Ups
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
“Work Off Your Turkey” Partner Workout
800m run – split evenly however you want
22 Sit-ups (take it up a notch with GHD Sit-ups) – each but can split up however you want
22 Burpees – each but can split up however you want
22 Box Jumps – each but can split up however you want
22 G2O with plate – each but can split up however you want
800m row – split evenly however you want
