Strength: Weighted Lunges, 3 sets, 5 steps per leg.  AHAP.   Choose a “Pull” Bodyweight Progression.

Met-Con: Alternating EMOM 10 mins 10 Goblet Squats 30 1/2 Rotation Swings then: 3×1 minute max row for distance.  1 minute rest after each row.

Bodyweight Bootcamp:

4 rounds for time of: Row, 250 m 10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in Overhead Walking Lunge, 45/25 lbs 50 ft 10 Ring Rows Overhead Walking Lunge, 45/25 lbs, 50 ft
