GHD Sit-ups or Hip Extensions (alternate days)
Met-Con:
Team of two
5 min amrap, one person works while the other rests
3 situps (ghd or abmat)
5 pushups
7 squats
1min max effort burpees (both partners work)
5 min amrap (person who was doing last amrap picks up where they left off)
same as above
1 min max effort burpees (both partners work)
5 min amrap (same as above)
1 min max effort burpees
Score is total number of rounds for amrap plus total number of burpees.
Bodyweight Bootcamp:

40 Walking lunges, each leg = 1 rep
