Better keep a close eye on this WOD.  It can get tricky.  Read it closely so you get it all straight.  Doing this WOD gets you one step closer to CF competitions…’cause that’s what you’re doing.  Hee Hee 🙂

WOD: 50 Wall Ball 20/14lb then 3 Rounds 30 Double Unders 15 Toes to Bar 10 Front Squats, 135/95 as soon as you finish 3rd round, use same bar you were using for front squats and you then have 3 minutes to determine your 1 rep max clean (from floor)
