Strength:

Met-Con:
10, 1-minute rounds of:
Deadlifts, 3 reps 55-65% of max
60 meter shuttle sprint (5 meters or 16 feet out and back, 10 meters or 32 feet out and back, 15 meters or 50 feet out and back).
Max reps burpee in remaining time.  Score it total # of burpees.
 
1 minute rest between rounds:
 
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
Partner WOD, Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Partner 1:
50 Walking Lunges
Partner 2:
5 Burpees
10 Pull ups
15 Tuck jumps
 
After partner one completes the lunges, he/she tags partner 2 and takes over where they left off, and so on…
