If you don’t know your 1 rep max clean, take 80% of your back squat weight and then 60% of that to determine your starting weight.
Met-Con:
In teams of two, with only one partner working at any given time, and partners alternating exercises,
complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
