Plank Hold or Hollow Hold (alternate days)
Met-Con:
3 Rounds For Time
20 Deadlifts
30 Double Unders or 40 seconds of practice
15 Front Squats 
30 Double Unders
10 Shoulder to Overhead 
30 Double Unders
Bodyweight Bootcamp:
4 Rounds:
In 3 Minutes:
Run 400 meters
5 Burpees
Then in time remaining, do as many sit-ups as possible.
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
Score is total sit-ups
