Met-Con:
With a partner complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes:  scale weight as needed
3 Clusters (135/95 lbs)
6 Pull-Ups
9 Swing Release (55/35)
12 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)
15 mountain climbers -R/L = 1
Cycle thru the exercises, one person working at a time.
Partner A does clusters, then partner B does pull-ups, then A does swing releases…and so on for 20 minutes.
