Back Squat
Plank Hold or Hollow Hold (alternate days)
 
Met-Con:
Tabata
Thrusters
This is meant to be light.
Then:
3 Rounds
7 Power Cleans
10 Pull-ups
 
This is to be done with no break.  As soon as the Tabata is done, place your additional weights on the bar and go right into the 3 rounds.  You should have your additional weights at your station so it is a quick transition.
