Met-Con:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:  
Tag team, alternating…you go, I go.
6 Sprints, 100 ft (3 each)
Partner Wheelbarrow, 50 ft (50ft each)
30 Push Press, (15 each) (meant to be light)
 Partner Wheelbarrow, 50ft (50ft each)
 20 Air Squat (Jumping)s (10 each)
