2nd Day of Christmas “12 Days Of CrossFit”:   1 Snatch 95/65 2 Box Jump 24/20 3 Push Press – same bar 4 Toes To Bar 5 Hang Power Cleans – same bar 6 Hand Release Push Ups 7 Deadlifts – same bar 8 GHD Sit Ups 9 American KBS,  55/35 10 Lunges 10 p/leg 11 Wall Ball 20/14 12oz Beverage Round 1 = 1 Snatch Round 2 = 2 Box Jumps; 1 Snatch Round 3 = 3 Push Press, 2 Box Jumps, 1 Snatch Round 4 = 4 Toes To Bar; 3 Push Press; 2 Box Jumps; 1 Snatch and so on just like the song “12 Days of Christmas” until all 12 rounds are completed.
