Strength: Bulgarian Split Squat 5-5-5 (5 per leg). 

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets. Can use Barbells, KB’s, DB’s.

Met-con:

3 barbell complexes ascending in weight each time. 8 barbell row 8 hang power cleans 8 front squats 8 push press 8 back squat 8 snatch grip Romanian deadlifts Once the weight leaves the ground it cannot go back down until the complex is 100% complete. If it does, it doesn’t count!
