Strength: Back Squat 2-2-2-2 1st set at 80% of max, 2nd set at 85% of max, 3rd set at 90% of max, 4th set at 95% of max. Rest 1 minute Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression Push-Up, Dip, Handstand hold/push-up Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: Death By Burpee With a continuously running clock perform: 1 Burpee in the first 1 min, 2 Burpees in the second 1 min 3 Burpees in the third 1 min … Continuing this for as long as you are able.
