This was a doosie. Trying to figure out the proper weight to not have to let go of the bar in the middle of the workout…hummm, what to lift, what to lift? And, the question was, “Do you do 7 reps of each of the 5 exercises totalling 35 reps, to count as 1 round or 1 rep of each exercise to count as 1 full rep and then repeat 7 times per round?” Either way, it was a challenging, but FUN, workout.

Rest 3-5 minutes between each round
Increase weight each round if possible. Bar must not touch ground during each individual round – you can rest but cannot put bar down. If you put the bar down, you must restart the round
