3 Rounds: Single Arm Press, 5 reps (try to increase by 5-10lbs from last time) Rest 1 minute Hip Bridges, 10-20 reps

30 Back racked forward lunges with Barbell or Front Racked with KB’s Then 5 rounds of: 10 Pushups 5 STO (Same BB or KB) 10 DB Snatches (split evenly) Then 30 Back racked forward lunges with Barbell or Front Racked with KB’s
