Strength:

3 Rounds Back Squat, 5 reps, try to increase by 5-10lbs from last time Rest 1 minute Muscle Up Transition Work, 5-10 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con: 15-12-9-12-15 OHS  95#/65#  (from rack) OR 35/25 with Single Kettlebell, switch arms as evenly as possible. 1 Rope Climb (after each set of OHS)
