3 Rounds Snatch, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Pull-Ups, 3-6 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:  6 min AMRAP 6 Goblet Squats (heavy) 14 abmat situps

5min AMRAP 8 Goblet squats (medium) 12 weighted abmat situps (plates or med ball)

4min AMRAP 10 Goblet Squats (lighter) 10 situps with legs straight up against wall touching toes (or as high as possible) each rep
