Met-Con: “Row-meo & Juli-ette” In teams of two, complete the following for time: 100 Wall Ball Shots 2000 Meter Run 2500 Meter Row 100 Lateral jumps over Paralette (each jump = 1 rep) Teams but may partition the work however they would like.
