3 Rounds Snatch, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Push-Ups, 8-10 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:

Kettlebell Biathlon 400 m run 18 KBS, 70/55 400 m run 15 KBS 400 m run 12 KBS

Each time you break grip you will add a 100 m penalty to the end of the wod
