A much needed strength day after a hard metcon week.  But on the strength days, we still give that extra bonus WOD for those die-hards out there.

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps

Bonus WOD: 10 Burpees on the minute for 10 minutes as long as you can complete the 10.
