300 Russian Swings, 55/35 One partner swings while other is running 200m then switch

Rest 1 minute 150 sit ups one partner is in plank hold while other does sit ups

Rest 1 minute 75 hand to hand (H2H) swing one partner does burpees while the other does H2H
