A response to one of our CFitters when questioned where did we get this WOD, “No we really didn’t pull this out of our @$$ just to get a good laugh watching everyone run backwards.”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

200 m Run (backwards) 15 Weighted Step-ups (24″m, 20″f) 35/25lb 20 Body Rows 10 Kettlebell Swing (1 arm- right arm) 35/25lb 10 Kettlebell Swing (1 arm – left arm) 35/25lb 5 Handstand Push-ups
