Strength: 

3 Rounds Front Squat, 5 reps Rest 1 minute Handstand Hold/Push-Up, 30 second holds or 3-6 reps Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:

9 min AMRAP of 3 Power Cleans 135/95 3 Hang cleans 3 Thrusters If you drop bar during the complex complete a 3 burpee over the bar penalty.
