Strength: Back Squat 5-5-5 Rest 1 minute Choose a “Pull” Bodyweight Progression.   Pull-Up, Ring Row, or Muscle Up Transition Rest 1-2 minutes

Met-con:  Take 65% of your 5 rep max back squat and squat it as many times as you can without racking it.

After that 5 rounds of 50ft bear crawl 10 jumping lunges 50ft bear crawl 100ft high low walk 55/35
