   Strength:           Deadlift         4×2 – 1st set at 80%, 2nd set at 85%, 3rd set at 90%, 4th set at 95% of max         Rest 1 minute         Choose a “Pull” Bodyweight Progression.          Pull-Up, Ring Row, or Muscle Up Transition         Rest 1-2 minutes                  Met-con:           Tabata Holds:         Hanging tuck         Plank         Handstand Hold         Hollow Rock         Complete 8 intervals of :20 seconds on, :10 seconds off for each exercise before moving onto the next.  People can start in different spots if needed.                  Stretch:         Full Body Stretching Series #5
