WOD – Monday 5/3/10

WOD: Run 400 meters 8 Rounds Tabata Squats Run 400 meters 8 Rounds Tabata Overhead Squats (w/ PVC) Run 400 meters Score is total # of reps for each exercise

As with any functional training workout, each participant performs the workout of the day (WOD) at their own pace.  You can run, jog, or walk the distance. For Tabata, it’s simply the maximum amount of reps you can perform, in proper form, in the time frame of 20 seconds.  Some people might only get 5 reps, some people might get 25 reps.  No big deal as long as you are working to your personal intensity level.
