WOD – Monday, 8/2/10
We think everyone would agree that 5 deadlifts don’t sound so bad especially doing the prescribed weight but, the second set of deadlifts after the jumping squats are pretty challenging to say the least.
3 Rounds for time:
5 Deadlifts (225/135 lbs) 25 Jump squats (6 inches off the ground) 5 Deadlifts (225/135 lbs) 25 Burpees (6 inches off the ground) Rest 3 Min.
