One might look at the board and see Jumping Pull Ups.  They’ll say, “What a relief!!  This is the scaled down version of pull ups and they are telling me I don’t have to do it at a higher intensity.  Great, this’ll be a piece of cake.”

Just try pairing the Jumping Pull Ups with the kettlebell swings and push ups and you’ll see that you don’t want to do anything harder than Jumping Pull Ups.  🙂
