Strength:

Deadlift  3×5
Chest to Bar Pull ups 3-6 reps
 
Met-Con:
Teams of 2.  Must go in order.  One works at a time.
Have teams build the bar “up” from lowest if possible so they can just strip.
 
50 Deadlifts
50 Burpees
40 Power Cleans
40 Box Jumps
30 STOs
30 T2B
20 Thrusters
20 Strict Pullups
Run 800 together
