Met-con: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 barbell or 35/25 KB Hip Extensions Sit-ups

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #2

CF Striking WOD:

Girls vs Boys 3 person teams

AMRAP – 30 minutes 5 Burpees 10 Slamballs 15 Combos (1-2) Partners rotate through.  Immediately after last combo of each round that athlete completes 10 squats.
