WOD – Saturday, 6/12/10

Deck of Cards Workout.  Here is how it goes: Shuffle a deck of cards – Only use cards 2-10 (we will ease into the face cards.  Be happy you didn’t have to do them today.) Flip each card and perform the movement and number of reps specified:

Hearts – Squats

Spades – Burpees

Diamonds – Sit-ups

Clubs – Mountain climbers (each leg 1/2 rep)

Jokers – Run 400 meters
