Strength: Shoulder Press 3×5 Choice of a “Squat” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

40 Double Unders

Partner A completes 40 double unders while partner B holds a plank.

Once they get to 40 DUs, partners switch places. 

Sub tuck jumps with Double Unders
