WOD for Saturday, 9/16/17

Strength:

Back Squat 3×5
Choose from a “Push” Bodyweight Progression
Met-Con:
12 min EMOM with partner. Alternate minutes:
Even minute – partner 1 does
5 deadlifts 
5 push ups
5 box jumps
While partner 2 – hang at the top the pull up or chin up position until partner 1 finishes the deadlifts, then rest during push-ups and box jumps – CP partner holds pull-up through deadlifts & push-ups
Odd minute  –  partner 2 does
5 deadlifts 
5 push ups
5 box jumps
Partner 1 – hang at the top the pull up or chin up position until partner 1 finishes the deadlifts, then rest during the push-ups and box jumps – CP partner holds pull-up through deadlifts & push-ups
