WOD Saturday 9/18/10

A whole body WOD today – legs, push, pull!!!  And all in 20 minutes…along with the strength it takes to perform the exercises, it’s also cardiovascularly exhausting.  What a way to start off a beautiful Saturday morning!!!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 65 pound Thruster, 10 reps 10 Pull-ups
