Today was our first official Gymnastics (GWOD) workout!  The GWOD is held on Sunday’s at 10am – join in on the fun!!

Skill Review: Push-Up Progressions Hollow Rocks

Perform for Quality: 20 Hollow Rocks 20 Push-Ups

Skill Review: Burpee (strength goal)

Burpee (metcon goal)

then for time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees with a 100 meter run between rounds

Even Rounds:  Work on Burpee for Strength goal Odd Rounds:  Work on Burpee for Met-con goal
