First we want to thank one of our CFitters for suggesting this workout to us.  See what happens when CF becomes a hobby and you start perusing the main site to see what’s going on in the CF world.  This CFitter will remain nameless, as we’re sure the rest of our gang want to hunt this person down and kill him after this WOD.  🙂


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 115/85 pound Push press, 10 reps 10 KB Swings, 1.5/1 pood 10 Box jumps, 24 inch box (both male and female)
