Pace setter does 50 Double Unders while the other person does as many reps/rounds of:

2, 4, 6, 8…etc. (going up by 2 each round until time is up) Plate Burpees 45/35 Overhead Plate Lunge R+L=2

Partner A continues Burpees & Lunges where Partner B left off.
